A2 Milk Moment - Vietnamese Iced latte

Bold, rich and deeply aromatic, this Vietnamese iced latte is brewed slowly using strong Vietnamese coffee for an intense, chocolatey base. Poured over ice and finished with creamy a2 Milk®, it’s a smooth, refreshing take on a classic café favourite that lets the pure coffee flavour shine through.

Instructions

  1. Place the ground Vietnamese coffee into the phin and press it down lightly with the filter plate.
  2. Sit the phin over a glass, then pour in the boiling water to the top and place on the lid.
  3. Allow the coffee to slowly drip through into the glass for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add the ice cubes to the coffee, then gently pour over the a2 Milk® Full cream
  5. Serve immediately. With the right coffee, there’s no need to sweeten, just enjoy the hit.
