Fresh, crunchy and full of bold flavour, this cucumber salad combines crisp cucumber with punchy black vinegar, sesame and a hint of spice for the perfect balance of savoury, tangy and refreshing. Easy to prepare and packed with texture, it’s a versatile side dish that works beautifully alongside grilled meats, rice dishes or as a light lunch on its own.

Instructions
- In a bowl add the garlic, Chinese Black Vinegar and the Brown Sugar.
- Then add the Ayam Sambal Oelek, Sesame Oil and Salt reduced Soy
- Add Sesame seeds.
- Cut the cucumber into chunks and using the Braun Multiquick slicing attachment, slice the cucumber.
- Add the Cucumber, Coriander and chopped Spring Onions into the dressing and toss well.
- Serve as a salad straight away or add to a Airtight container to take to work for lunch with steamed rice.
